What does a typical project include, and how do I commission my own custom artwork?
Each commission begins with a consultation to discuss the concept, size, subject, and timeline. Once the details are confirmed, a retainer is required to reserve your commission and begin work. Updates may be provided during the process, and the remaining balance is due upon completion prior to delivery or shipping. To begin a commission, please submit an inquiry through the contact form with your project idea.
How is the price of my commission determined?
Pricing is based on the size of the painting, level of detail, materials, and overall complexity of the piece. Each commission is unique, so a final price will be provided once the concept and specifications are discussed.
How do I receive my completed painting?
Shipping can be arranged if needed, and local delivery is available within 50 miles.
What timelines should we plan for, and how soon will my painting be compete?
Every painting is made to order, so timing depends on the size, detail, and what’s currently on my easel. Most commissions take a few weeks from start to finish, and I’ll keep you updated along the way.
Can I ask for specific details in my painting?
